Teresa A Palmer, MSN, RN, APNc, is a registered nurse and nationally certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Holistic Cardiology. As a holistic Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for 3 decades, Teresa believes your heart is far more than a pump—it's your superpower.

Her practice bridges the gap between traditional Western medicine and the ancient wisdom that lives within us, creating a pathway to healing that honors both scientific knowledge and your inner knowing. Teresa creates a bridge between these worlds, helping her clients access the profound intelligence that already exists within them.

She is a Nurse Practitioner who believes the most powerful healing happens when we honor both the precision of Western medicine and the timeless wisdom of the heart.

Through her combination of training in traditional Western Medicine, functional medicine, Eastern traditions, and spirituality, her clients receive the best of what both traditional medicine and alternative practices/traditions offer. Teresa is an Initiate of the Spiritual Master Sri Dharma Mitra and has also studied with Deepak Chopra.

She is a decorated Nurse Practitioner honored by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and the Who's Who of Nursing. In 2019, Teresa was honored by IAOTP as the Nurse Practitioner of the Year; in 2021, she was honored as the Holistic Health Practitioner of the Decade; in 2023, she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award; and in 2024, she was inducted into the IAOTP Hall of Fame. Teresa was inducted into the Who's Who of Nursing Hall of Fame in 2020 and awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the Nursing Profession.
